Any business involved in the crystal and gemstone supply chain can apply for certification, including retailers, wholesalers, mining companies, processing facilities, and artisanal miners. We have different certification tracks tailored to each type of business.

We offer multiple pricing tiers to accommodate businesses of all sizes. Our Basic plan starts at $29/month, with Professional at $99/month and Enterprise plans available for larger operations. Check our pricing page for full details.

The certification process typically takes 2-4 weeks from the time you submit all required documentation. Complex cases or businesses with extensive supply chains may take longer. We'll keep you updated throughout the process via email notifications.

Trust scores are calculated based on six core categories: Fair Labor Practices, Environmental Stewardship, Transparency & Traceability, Community Engagement, Energy & Sustainability, and Small-Scale Support. Each category is weighted equally, and your overall score determines your badge level.

We offer four badge levels: Basic (60-69%), Silver (70-79%), Gold (80-89%), and Platinum (90-100%). Each level represents increasing commitment to ethical practices and provides different benefits for display and marketing.
